GTCC Selects John S. Clark for Campus Expansion Project
Guilford Technical Community College has selected John S. Clark Company, LLC as the General Contractor for their campus expansion project in High Point, NC. The three story building will house additional classrooms, science labs, computer labs, offices and more student space.
The new building will be built on current parking space and will allow the college to accept 500 additional students. A student will now be able to complete their entire two year degree on this satellite campus of Guilford Technical Community College.
The project will be constructed using green building techniques provided by the U.S. Green Building Council. John S. Clark’s project manager, Greg Savage is a LEED Accredited Professional and serves as the company’s Director of Sustainable Construction.
The project is valued at $6.2 million and is scheduled to begin construction within two months.
