General Contractor and Construction Manager, John S. Clark Company, LLC is pleased to announce that Greg Marshall has recently been promoted to Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Marshall is a CPA and graduate of Gardner-Webb University who has been working in public accounting and industry for over and 15 years. He has been with Clark since September 2000 serving in the roles of Controller and Secretary/Treasurer. In his new role, he will supervise all treasury functions, administration, banking relationships, surety lines, financial reporting, risk management, contract negotiations and corporate legal matters.
Mr. Marshall lives in Mount Airy, is married and has two sons. He is member of the Board of Directors of Millennium Charter Academy, and the Northwest Piedmont Development Corporation, along with being a Deacon of the Mount Airy Christian Church and a member of the Mount Airy Rotary Club.
