Our warranty program is recognized by many of our clients as a benefit to their businesses and second to none for quick response and complete resolution. John S. Clark Company employees take pride in their work and want to partner with you to construct a high quality project. When your project is completed, we continue to monitor it for a full year.
All warranty calls are directed to a Warranty Response Team Member at John S. Clark Company. This team member is assigned to your project through the duration of your warranty period to handle your needs. Your team member is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to receive and direct the proper personnel seeing to your emergency requests.
Our Warranty On The Web has a 24-hour hotline for emergencies (336-783-8600). Emergency warranty requests consist of off hours (nights, weekends, and holidays) for warranty issues that cannot wait for the next business day. This service through the hotline will automatically contact a Warranty Response Team Member who will call you back within an hour. Our Warranty Program provides you with a Warranty Work Request Form allowing you to present us with necessary information related to your request. This affords you better service in a timelier manner. (see below to complete this form)
Periodic walk-thru inspections are conducted by John S. Clark's trained personnel who are looking for issues that have not been reported. Floor tile, door hardware, and water stained ceiling tiles indicating a roof leak or air conditioning condensate leak are among the many items observed. Our goal is to resolve any perceived issues before it becomes a warranty item.
John S. Clark Company maintains an archive of “As Built” plans and records that may be needed years after the warranty period is over. It is not uncommon for owners to request data from the original construction. We’re capable and can offer this data to you. In addition, we are in the process of making this a paperless system. We will be able to provide project documentation immediately.
