Jerry Winegar Promoted to Director of Operations

Frank D. Smith, Jr., Executive Vice President of John S. Clark Company, LLC announced today the promotion of Jerry Winegar to Director of Operations. Jerry will continue to operate out of the company’s Wilmington, NC division.

Jerry is a graduate of East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology and Construction Management. He was a member of the United States Marine Corps from 1988 through 1992.

Jerry has experience in institutional, commerical, industrial and retail construction. Recently, he completed the 58,000 SF Athletic and Aquatic Center at Brunswick Community College.

As Director of Operations, Jerry will manage Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and Superintendents and supervise the division’s day to day project issues.
